Jetsink Automatic Parts Washer with workstation and dip tank basket The JETSINK is the automatic alternative to manual solvent wash tanks. Engineered to automatically clean oily or dirty parts without hand scrubbing or toxic solvents, the JETSINK cleans parts using only soap and water in a matter of seconds, thus freeing workers for more productive tasks. The small footprint of the JETSINK, only 38" x 20" deep, makes it ideal for cell manufacturing and for applications where space is limited.

With a large wash capacity - up to 26" L x 14" W x 15" H - the JETSINK utilizes dual 360 degree spray manifolds with 80 precision positioned jets to clean with just 25 gallons of ordinary water and detergent. The solution is heated with a 1650 Watt, 110V heater (13.5 KW, 220V heater optional) and Top View of Jetsink Automatic Parts Washer wash rack then jet sprayed by a recirculating 80 GPM pump. No venting or special utility connections are needed. Only an electrical hookup is required.

Standard features include a fully insulated wash cabinet, an 80 jet spray manifold with easy cleanout port, parts centering wash rack, a wash cycle timer (up to 30 minutes), a panel-mounted adjustable thermostat, a full ported 1" ball valve drain, and a lid safety interlock switch.

Jetsink Aqueous Parts Washer For small items and screw machine parts, an optional Rotary Cleaning System is available. The rotary cleaning system gently tumbles your parts in a self contained basket while they are being sprayed. When the wash cycle is completed, the rotor continues turning thereby dewatering and drying the part. Other options include a dip tank basket for soaking hard to clean or heavily soiled components, a side mounted workstation, and some nylon coated accessories for protecting fragile parts.
