Shown here is the Model 120G with 20SDH Hose Assembly and 70SFP Fill Pump. The Hose Assembly includes a combination strainer/foot valve that is sized to fit inside a standard drum bung and a quick disconnect on the pump inlet. Longer lengths of hose are available if needed. To fill the Water Eater, simply activate the pump using the momentary toggle switch located on the control panel. The centrifugal pump is self priming and has a flow rate up to 70 gpm. The momentary toggle switch prevents accidental overfilling of the unit. When the unit is filled, simply activate the heat switch and the unit is operating. To clean out the liquid concentrate, simply insert the hose assembly into the Water Eater tank, rotate the 3 way ball valve located on the outlet side of the fill pump and activate the pump. The liquid concentrate is pumped out of the unit and directed through the third port of the ball valve. Attach a waste container to this port. |
